Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM environments.
Deploy and manage applications, software updates, and security patches.
Manage Windows desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Configure device enrollment, compliance policies, and configuration profiles in Intune.
Manage SCCM collections, task sequences, and operating system deployments.
Troubleshoot application installation, patching, and device management issues.
Support Windows Autopilot deployment and device provisioning.
Monitor endpoint compliance and ensure adherence to IT security policies.
Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
Provide L2/L3 support for endpoint management issues.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM.
Knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
Experience with application packaging and deployment.
Knowledge of patch management and endpoint security.
Understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Group Policy.
Basic knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Education- Any Graduate
