Performance Strategy & Architecture
Define and implement enterprise-wide Performance Testing and Engineering frameworks.
Establish performance benchmarks, KPIs, SLAs, and NFRs.
Design end-to-end performance testing strategies for complex, large-scale applications.
Review application architecture and identify performance risks during the SDLC lifecycle.
Provide recommendations for performance optimization and scalability improvements.
Performance Testing & Engineering
Design and execute:
o Load Testing
o Stress Testing
o Volume Testing
o Endurance/Soak Testing
o Spike Testing
o Scalability Testing
o Capacity Testing
Develop reusable performance testing frameworks and scripts.
Create realistic workload models and user behavior simulations.
Analyze performance test results and provide detailed bottleneck analysis.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting
Conduct root cause analysis of application performance issues.
Analyze:
o CPU utilization
o Memory consumption
o Thread behavior
o Network latency
o Database performance
o JVM metrics
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, DBA, and DevOps teams to resolve performance issues.
Provide tuning recommendations for applications, middleware, databases, and infrastructure.
