Role Description:
Key roles & responsibilities:
Working with the Operations team to contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices & processes to achieve operational excellence.
Regular status update by tracking operational KPI’s on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
Connect with Various stakeholders for centralizing the data and making sure to have sustainable process in place.
Provide leadership and management to Support teams and projects.
Foster an environment conducive to learning and development of skills.
