About the job
Own the Retail & CPG data architecture roadmap, standards, and reference architectures. • Identify common industry and client needs and translate them into reusable data platforms, semantic models, and AI-ready foundations for adoption across multiple clients and solution offerings. • Develop accelerators, data products, frameworks, and domain models that reduce delivery effort and improve consistency across engagements. • Evaluate emerging data and AI technologies and guide platform, tooling, and architecture decisions. • Partner with solution, delivery, and client teams to shape pursuits, solution offerings, and complex transformation programs. • Mentor architects and engineering teams, driving architecture best practices across the cluster. Qualifications • 15 – 20 years of experience in data architecture, engineering, analytics, and enterprise data platforms. • Hands-on expertise in cloud data platforms, lakehouse architectures, data products, governance, and modern data engineering. • Experience designing data architecture for AI/GenAI use cases, including semantic layers, vector databases, knowledge graphs, RAG, metadata management, and AI-ready data foundations. • Experience defining architecture strategy, standards, and reusable capabilities across multiple client accounts, business units, or industry portfolios. • Ability to translate business challenges into scalable, commercially viable architecture solutions. • Strong consulting, communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, and influencing skills • Retail or CPG industry experience preferred.
