As a Specialist assistant manager on the Government and Public Services (GPS) team, you will be responsible for…

Lead end-to-end management of complex requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), and requests for quotations (RFQs), from initiation through submission.
Translate solicitation requirements, instructions, and evaluation criteria into pursuit plans, proposal structures, schedules, deliverables, review strategies, and compliance controls.
Lead kickoffs, win-strategy sessions, color-team reviews, and final-submission readiness activities; manage milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations.
Review proposal content for compliance, responsiveness, consistency, quality, and alignment with proposal strategy; coordinate corrective actions with writers and pursuit leadership.
Coordinate with pursuit leadership, account teams, subject-matter professionals, writers, designers, and proposal-support functions; maintain document governance, version control, content integrity, and configuration management.
Apply generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) and other appropriate technologies, with human oversight, to improve compliance analysis, quality reviews, content development, and pursuit efficiency.

The team

The Government and Public Services (GPS) team supports market positioning and business acquisition activities designed to strengthen Deloitte’s revenue, relationships, and reputation in the government marketplace. The team collaborates with U.S. GPS functions, including Marketing and Communications, Information Management, Account Management, Competitive & Market Intelligence, Pursuits, and Strategy.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 4 PM and 7 PM to 11 PM IST

Qualifications

Required:

6–10 years of experience in pursuit, bid, or proposal management, including managing responses to requests for proposals, requests for information, or requests for quotations.
Master’s degree.
Experience developing compliance matrices, proposal schedules, review plans, and submission deliverables based on solicitation requirements.
Experience reviewing proposals against solicitation instructions and evaluation criteria.
Experience maintaining proposal document governance, version control, content integrity, and configuration management.
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create proposal materials and manage pursuit documentation.

Preferred:

Experience supporting U.S. Federal, state, local, or other public-sector solicitations.
Experience facilitating proposal color-team reviews and final-submission readiness activities.
Experience partnering with graphic design professionals to develop proposal visuals.
Experience using generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) tools to support proposal compliance analysis, content development, or quality reviews.
