Specialist Assistant Manager, Talent Development

The Assistant Manager will support the planning, execution, measurement, and continuous improvement of technology learning programs through strong program operations and analytics capabilities. Working within a blended US/USI team and reporting to the Deputy Manager, or Manager. Develop dashboards, analyze learner and program data, identify trends and drivers, and translate insights into practical recommendations.

Coordinate program plans, timelines, input collection, data requirements, communications, delivery-readiness activities, and post-program follow-through.
Collect, organize, validate, and analyze data on learner participation, engagement, completion, satisfaction, capability development, and program outcomes.
Develop dashboards, reports, status updates, analysis packs, and projection models; identify trends, performance drivers, anomalies, and root causes; and translate findings into practical recommendations.
Use feedback from learners, practitioners, subject-matter experts, facilitators, and stakeholders to improve curriculum, content, facilitation, and the participant experience.
Streamline recurring reporting and data flows, reduce manual effort, and improve the reliability, accuracy, and usability of operational deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and dependencies; track data, reporting, delivery, and learner-experience risks through closure; and share reporting standards and dashboard-development practices with junior team members.

The team

The Technology Learning and Talent Development team designs and delivers learning programs that build technology capabilities across the organization. The team combines program operations, learning data, and feedback to improve participant experiences and measure program outcomes. Team members work across the United States and India to deliver scalable, data-informed learning experiences.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s degree.
6–8 years of professional experience in technology learning and development program management, business intelligence, reporting, learning analytics, or project management.
Experience developing dashboards and data-driven insights for business or talent programs.
Experience using Microsoft Excel to aggregate and clean data, conduct analyses, build models, use advanced formulas and pivot tables, and visualize findings.
Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint to present analysis and recommendations and Microsoft Word to prepare reports and stakeholder communications.
Experience analyzing data trends, identifying drivers and anomalies, conducting root-cause analyses, and producing documented recommendations.
Experience coordinating projects with multiple priorities, tracking dependencies, and delivering outputs to established timelines.

Preferred:

Experience supporting learning and development, talent, workforce planning, or technology academy programs.
Experience using learning management system data, learner engagement metrics, assessment results, skills data, or training-effectiveness measures.
Experience applying learning measurement frameworks, program evaluation methods, learner journey analytics, or training-effectiveness analysis.
Experience supporting technology-related learning programs, academies, certifications, or capability-building initiatives.
Experience with project management, process improvement, vendor coordination, financial tracking, or cross-border stakeholder management.
Experience in consulting or professional services.
