Software Engineer

Job Purpose

Design, develop, and support scalable Java based backend applications end-to-end by troubleshooting and resolving technology issues, ensuring secure and high-quality deliveries through strong engineering practices, and executing time-bound initiatives/POCs to meet business and IT objectives.

• Understand and troubleshoot technology problems and provide solutions.

• Understand application architecture and technology infrastructure end-to-end.

• Participate in POCs, R&D activities, and solution delivery initiatives.

• Plan, execute, track, and report progress on assigned projects.

• Drive process improvements and maintain technical documentation.

• Participate in business, IT, and review meetings.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate in Computers, IT, Electronics, or related field.

• 1 to 4 years of experience in Java development and API integration.

• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on experience developing scalable applications.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Passion for learning new technologies and process-oriented mindset.
