Social Worker

Assess the social, emotional, and family needs of beneficiaries. Provide guidance and basic counselling to beneficiaries and their families. Coordinate rehabilitation and community-based support services. Conduct home visits and follow up on beneficiaries’ progress. Maintain beneficiary records, case histories, and reports. Assist families in accessing government schemes, welfare benefits, and community resources. Coordinate with rehabilitation professionals, healthcare providers, and local authorities. Conduct awareness programmes and community outreach activities. Support the social integration and independent living of persons with disabilities. Perform other duties assigned by the reporting officer.
