Dialysis Technician

Prepare patients for dialysis treatments by checking vital signs, obtaining pre-treatment weights, and assessing overall physical condition. Cannulate vascular accesses (fistulas or grafts) safely and efficiently, drawing from your 1.5+ years of hands-on clinical experience. Monitor patients continuously during treatments for any adverse reactions, changes in vitals, or technical fluid imbalances, responding promptly to emergencies. Administer anticoagulants or other routine medications during treatment under strict medical or nursing supervision. Discontinue treatment post-therapy, apply appropriate pressure dressings, and record post-treatment weights and vitals.
