Role Overview
We are looking for a SEO Specialist who can independently manage SEO activities across technical, on-page, and off-page SEO. The ideal candidate should be able to develop SEO strategies based on business goals, analyze performance, and stay updated with the latest Google search trends and AI-driven search developments.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute SEO strategies based on business requirements and growth goals.
Manage technical SEO audits, on-page optimization, and off-page SEO activities.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
Identify website issues and recommend practical solutions to improve organic performance.
Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions using Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools.
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, GEO, AEO, and AI search trends.
Coordinate with content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
Requirements
3–4 years of hands-on SEO experience.
Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
Experience in SEO strategy, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and GA4.
Understanding of GEO, AEO, and evolving search trends.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage projects independently and prioritize tasks based on business impact.
Good to Have
Experience working with B2B, SaaS, or eCommerce websites.
Knowledge of schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and international SEO.
Experience mentoring junior team members.
