Job Description

Lead the architecture deployment and optimization of monitoring and observability platforms within complex IT environments Leverage 8-10 years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure monitoring with expertise in commercial and opensource tools Design scalable highly available and faulttolerant observability solutions integrating tools such as Dynatrace Datadog Splunk OpsRamp LogicMonitor and SolarWinds Develop customized monitoring and observability solutions tailored to organizational needs integrating with cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP onpremises and hybrid environments Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including network infrastructure and application groups to implement comprehensive observability strategies Implement automation and orchestration techniques such as autoremediation automated discovery and dynamic service mapping to enhance operational efficiency Build and maintain realtime dashboards s and reports for performance monitoring capacity management and actionable insights Customize monitoring templates Powerpacks and observability workflows using scripting languages like Python and PowerShell Integrate observability platforms with ITSM and AIOps tools eg ServiceNow Splunk using REST APIs and custom workflows Define governance frameworks and best practices for monitoring and observability including thresholds escalation policies and reporting standards Provide datadriven capacity planning and performance forecasting insights to leadership and operations teams Mentor and train junior engineers and operations staff on observability tools monitoring best practices and automation techniques Maintain comprehensive documentation of architectures configurations and operational procedures for observability platforms Drive innovation in IT operations by adopting cuttingedge monitoring and observability technologies

Establish and enforce monitoring governance best practices and compliance standards

Support capacity planning and forecasting through detailed performance data analysis

Provide training mentorship and knowledge transfer to junior engineers and operations teams

Document observability architectures configurations and operational workflows comprehensively
