Primary Responsibilities:

Lead technical design and development of large-scale, cloud-native Java applications

Drive architecture decisions for microservices, APIs, security, and performance optimization

Mentor and guide engineering teams, ensuring code quality and best practices

Oversee end-to-end delivery, including design, development, release, and production support

Collaborate closely with Security teams for KEV/Critical/High vulnerability remediation

Partner with Product, Cloud, DevOps, and Architecture in shaping the technical roadmap

Review and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability

Provide leadership during production incidents and RCA efforts

Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

Experience with CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/ARM), GitOps workflows

Deep understanding of distributed systems, API governance, performance tuning

Solid understanding of security standards, cloud governance, and vulnerability lifecycle

Solid background in Azure/AWS cloud services, Kubernetes/AKS/EKS, and DevOps automation

Expert-level proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, microservices

Leadership Skills - Proven experience driving engineering excellence and delivering complex programs

Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional engineering teams

Demonstrated solid communication and stakeholder management skills

Demonstrated ability to define roadmaps, make architectural decisions, and enforce engineering standards
