Primary Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of scalable data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence solutions, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and maintainable data products. Drive end-to-end delivery across the solution lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, CI/CD implementation, production support, and continuous improvement
Own operational excellence by optimizing ETL processes, data platforms, and system performance, while proactively monitoring production environments, resolving incidents, and implementing measures that enhance reliability, scalability, and efficiency. Establish and enforce robust data governance, quality, security, and compliance frameworks to ensure data integrity and adherence to organizational standards
Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver strategic, business-aligned solutions, lead cross-functional initiatives, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Champion innovation through the application of AI/ML, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, Generative AI, and Agentic AI to improve operational efficiency, automate decision-making, enhance data quality, and drive measurable business value across data and analytics functions

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or higher degree in Operational Research, Business Analytics, Applied Mathematics/Statistics, or a related quantitative field
3+ years of experience in SAS (including Advanced SAS, SAS Macros), SQL, and Teradata
3+ years of experience in Data Visualization and BI reporting (Tableau or other BI tools)
3+ years of experience in Quality Analysis and Automation
Hands-on experience with ETL processes, Unix shell scripting, and stored procedures
Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, and Anomaly Detection experience
Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI concepts experience
Cloud Data Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) experience
Solid expertise in data processing and warehousing technologies including Teradata and Snowflake
Familiarity with version control and deployment tools such as GitHub, Airflow, Docker containerization
Proficiency in Python/PySpark and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint
