Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of AWS QuickSight dashboarding projects and BAU support.
Manage project plans, resources, risks, dependencies, budgets, and executive reporting.
Lead Agile delivery, sprint planning, prioritization, and release management.
Ensure SLA compliance across incidents, enhancements, access requests, and new initiatives.
Govern dashboard quality, performance, security, accessibility, and data governance standards.
Drive testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
Manage dashboard migrations, GenAI-enabled analytics initiatives, and user adoption programs.
Coordinate stakeholders across business, data, technology, UX, security, and vendor teams.
Provide leadership visibility through regular status, risk, and roadmap reporting.
