•Lead Fraud Risk Management (FRM) implementations, upgrades, and transformation programs for banking clients.
•Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements across Fraud Risk, Operations, Compliance, and Business teams.
•Translate requirements into fraud rules, risk strategies, workflows, case management processes, and system configurations
•Design and optimize fraud detection scenarios, risk scoring models, alert generation, and case management workflows.
•Conduct process assessments, gap analysis, and define future-state fraud monitoring and investigation processes.
•Collaborate with business stakeholders, fraud operations, technology teams, and vendors to deliver effective fraud controls.
•Support data integration, API connectivity, solution configuration, testing, deployment, and production stabilization.
•Perform fraud analytics, rule tuning, alert rationalization, and false-positive reduction to enhance detection effectiveness.
•Lead UAT planning and execution, including test case development, defect management, validation, and business sign-offs.
•Drive governance, stakeholder communication, change management, and implementation status reporting.
•Develop SOPs, user guides, training materials, and deliver end-user training to support adoption.
•Ensure reporting, documentation, audit, compliance, and post-go-live support requirements are fully addressed.
Key skills required:
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
•Certifications such as CFE, CAMS, FRM, Actimize, SAS, or FICO are a plus.
•4-7 years of experience in FRM space within an Risk OEM, Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech, in Banking, Financial Services, Risk Management or Fraud Operations.
•Hands-on solution build/ customize experience with one or more platforms such as NICE Actimize, SAS Fraud Manager, FICO Falcon, Feedzai, Featurespace, Oracle FCCM/BPR, NetReveal, or ACI Fraud
•Strong understanding of fraud typologies including Card Fraud, Account Takeover, Identity Theft, Mule Accounts, UPI Fraud, Payments Fraud, and Digital Banking Fraud.
•Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, system integrations, APIs, and real-time transaction monitoring.
•Exposure to Python, Java, Kafka, ETL, or analytics tools is preferred.
•Experience participating in implementation or enhancement projects involving Fraud Risk Management or Case Management platforms.
•Strong understanding of fraud operations and investigation processes.
•Strong domain knowledge of banking products and services
