DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and record daily financial transactions.
Prepare and post journal entries, invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting documents.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
Assist with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance, as applicable.
Support internal and external audits and provide required financial information.
Ensure timely filing and maintenance of accounting and taxation records.
Verify bills, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents for accuracy.
Assist management with financial analysis and MIS reports.
Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.
Co-ordinate with the Head office and the Head of Plant
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Master’s degree or higher in the field of Finance and Accounting.
Minimum experience of 5 years.
Preference will be given to the candidates pursuing CA/CA-Inter.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Experience with accounting software such as Tally Prime or similar software.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
