Lead effective regulatory conduct risk governance and provide trusted, risk-based advice to country and business stakeholders.

Enable consistent, timely and well-controlled delivery of regulatory conduct risk activities across BAU and evolving offshore-managed service processes.

Provide practical interpretation and implementation guidance to business and country stakeholders.

Governance, Reporting and Risk Management

Support effective operation of regulatory conduct risk governance forums through forward planning, quality papers, accurate records and disciplined follow-through.
Track regulatory commitments, actions, issues and outcomes to timely closure, escalating overdue items, control weaknesses, serious breaches and risk appetite concerns through appropriate governance channels.
Produce meaningful aggregated MI and analytics, with clear and concise reporting for Managed Services, senior management, risk committees and regulators where required.

Partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Business, Technology and relevant framework, policy and advisory teams to deliver a consistent approach to regulatory conduct risk management.

Build effective relationships with senior executives and external regulators where required, communicating complex matters clearly and constructively.

Support migration and stabilisation of activities into Managed Services, adapting responsibilities as processes and tools mature while maintaining clear ownership, controls and service quality.
Apply an agile approach to BAU priorities, manage change effectively and drive timely resolution of delivery, risk and control matters.
Operate as a senior individual contributor unless separate people-management accountability is confirmed; influence outcomes across teams without compromising the independence of Risk and CFCR.
