Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related queries and escalations from the client.

Share quality performance reports, error trends, and improvement plans with clients.

Participate in client review meetings and calibration sessions.

Provide updates on process quality, SLA adherence, and corrective actions.

Discuss root cause analysis findings and recommend process improvement initiatives.

Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and feedback.

Maintain effective stakeholder communication to drive service excellence and client satisfaction.

Collaborate with client teams to align quality standards and process expectations.
