Responsibilities / Accountabilities

Manage end-to-end training for aligned Accounts Payable processes with domain expertise in: - Invoice Processing

Payment Processing

Vendor Management

New Hire Training

BAU Interventions

Manage multiple stakeholders.

Create and maintain detailed training MI and documentation.

Design, develop, and deliver training on F&A product and process training on a need basis.

Adhere to signed-off Training Standard Documents, Governance Plans, and other prescribed regulations.

Knowledge & Qualification

Graduate in Commerce.

Proficient in the Finance and Accounting domain.

Exposure to the BPO/BPM industry in the areas of: - PTP

OTC

RTR Domain

Preferred Certification

Finance and Accounting Certification.

Work Experience

Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in F&A with good domain knowledge.

Additional Information
