Job Title: Software Developer

Designation: Sr. Associate

Location: Hyderabad_Phoenix

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer with a strong focus on Java MicroServices Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of reactive web development principles and practices, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Java MicroServices to support various applications and services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to enhance application performance.

Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.

Contribute to the architecture and design of scalable and maintainable software solutions.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong proficiency in Java and Java MicroServices development.

In-depth knowledge of reactive web development frameworks and methodologies.

Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Proficient in version control systems, particularly Git.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Skills:

Primary skillsets - React-native iOS and Web development

Secondary skillsets = Web (react, node.js) + Backend , REST/GraphQL API integration, Devops will be good to have.

Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.

Understanding of security best practices in software development.

Qualifications:

No of years of experience = 5 to 7 years

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in Java development or microservices architecture will be an advantage.
