Project Manager I

Technical Project Manager (SRE) - B3 for Elevance Health Role Summary Looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive delivery, governance, and execution across Platform Engineering, SRE, Cloud, and Operations squads. The role will coordinate multiple teams, manage stakeholders, track risks, and ensure successful delivery of modernization and operational initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects. • Coordinate activities across engineering, SRE, operations, and business teams. • Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and escalations. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. • Track delivery metrics, backlog, utilization, and project health. • Drive stakeholder communication and executive status reporting. • Support resource planning, capacity management, and onboarding activities. • Ensure operational governance, process adherence, and continuous improvement. Required Skills • 12+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in Project/Program Management. • Experience managing technical teams in Cloud, DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering environments. • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery models. • Knowledge of AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Monitoring, and Infrastructure Operations. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred • PMP, Scrum Master, or Safe certification. • Experience with platform modernization, cloud migration, and operational transformation programs. Success Measures: On-time delivery, risk mitigation, stakeholder satisfaction, operational efficiency, and predictable squad execution.
