Project Manager I

Role: Project Manager Experience: 12+ Years Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met. Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, vendors, and leadership. Drive project governance, status reporting, and escalations. Monitor resource utilization and project financials. Facilitate requirement gathering, planning, estimation, and execution activities. Ensure adherence to organizational processes, compliance, and quality standards. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Support continuous process improvements and delivery excellence initiatives. Required Skills: Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing large-scale, complex projects/programs. Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models. Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in risk management, budgeting, and resource planning. Preferred Qualifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification. Experience working with global teams and client-facing engagements. Domain experience in Healthcare, Insurance, Banking, Retail, or Technology projects. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
