Responsible for Leading Production Support projects consisting of Mission critical applications in 24*7 support model

Manage client relationships and handle their expectations.

Ensure services meet agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs)

Oversee service delivery processes and procedures

Identify and rectify service delivery issues, including conducting root cause analysis.

Implement service improvement plans.

Coordinate and manage project teams and service providers.

Ensure the delivery team is adequately trained and resourced.

Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
