Graduate + MBA (Preferred)

Proven experience in program management / Project management / Credit/Risk within the retail or financial sector.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Experience in strategic planning and risk management.

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

PMO certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is preferred not Mandatory

Proficient in project management software such as JIRA.

Familiarity with Loan Onboarding System/Customer Journey / Internal User Journey
