The Role

You’ll own campaigns across multiple channels, work with experienced growth leaders, and gain hands-on exposure to performance marketing at a scale that most marketers take years to experience.

What You’ll Do

Own the end-to-end execution and day-to-day management of performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, for both web and app acquisition.

Build, launch, monitor, optimize, and scale campaigns while ensuring budgets are spent efficiently against growth targets.

Execute continuous A/B tests across ad creatives, copy, audiences, bidding strategies, campaign structures, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

Analyze campaign performance daily to identify winning and losing variants, and iterate rapidly based on the data.

Work closely with the Creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives, and provide clear, data-backed feedback on what works.

Conduct keyword, search-term, audience, and placement analysis to uncover new growth opportunities and eliminate wasted spend.

Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution across platforms using tools such as AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, Meta Events Manager, and Google Tag Manager.

Stay on top of platform updates, new ad formats, and emerging growth opportunities to continuously improve campaign performance.

What We’re Looking For

2–3 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

Extensive experience running campaigns in markets outside India, such as North America and Europe.

Proven experience executing performance marketing campaigns with a strong focus on optimization and exploring new ideas.

Strong understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, audience targeting, conversion optimization, and attribution.

Experience running structured A/B tests and using data to identify winning creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign setups.

Comfortable analyzing campaign data, preparing performance reports, and making optimization recommendations based on metrics.

Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Curious, analytical, and excited to work in a fast-paced startup where experimentation is part of the daily workflow.

Good to Have

Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads.

Experience managing partners and affiliates.

Familiarity with AppsFlyer, GA4, GTM, or similar marketing tools.

A genuine curiosity and willingness to adopt new AI tools and workflows — to execute faster, automate repetitive tasks, and continuously improve marketing performance.
