Job Description: Senior Network Security Architect

Experience: 8?12+ years

Role: Senior Network Security Architect

Engagement: ~4 months

Primary Focus: Network Segmentation, Palo Alto Firewall & Security Architecture

Design enterprise and OT network segmentation solutions, including HLD and LLD.

Design secure IT/OT network architecture and OT DMZ connectivity.

Provide strong Palo Alto firewall design expertise, including security policies, rule design and hardening.

Analyze network traffic and dependencies to define appropriate segmentation policies.

Support network and security risk analysis and recommend security controls.

Work with customer technical teams through design workshops and architecture discussions.

Review existing Routing, Switching and Firewall architecture and recommend improvements.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on knowledge of Palo Alto Networks firewalls.

Excellent understanding of Routing, Switching, VLANs, ACLs, NAT and network security.

Strong experience in network segmentation and security architecture.

Experience with firewall policy/rule design and security hardening.

Understanding of OT/ICS network security and OT DMZ architecture.

Ability to develop professional HLD, LLD, network diagrams and technical documentation.

Good customer-facing communication and architecture presentation skills.

Experience with Nozomi Networks or similar OT network visibility/security platforms.

Exposure to industrial/OT environments.

Palo Alto certifications such as PCNSE or equivalent security/network certifications are preferred.
