Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple projects focused on Power BI implementation and data visualization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
Ensure the quality of deliverables by conducting thorough testing and validation of Power BI reports and dashboards.
Provide training and support to team members and end-users on Power BI best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Power BI and data analytics.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report/dashboard creation.
Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Experience in managing project budgets and timelines effectively.
