We are currently seeking a Mobile Device Management Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Title Senior Omnissa Workspace ONE – Mobile Device Management (MDM) Engineer

Experience 10+ Years in Mobile Device Management / Unified Endpoint Management Location Flexible / As per business requirement Shift Flexible shifts (including global support coverage) --- Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Omnissa Workspace ONE MDM Engineer with deep expertise in Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) architecture, design, deployment, and operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing large-scale enterprise environments, driving platform upgrades, automating operations using PowerShell, and ensuring secure, compliant endpoint management across Windows and mobile platforms. --- Key Responsibilities Workspace ONE & UEM Design, implement, and manage Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM solutions for enterprise-scale environments Lead architecture, design, and optimization of UEM platforms Manage MDM lifecycle including onboarding, configuration, compliance, and decommissioning Perform UEM platform upgrades, patching, and version maintenance Troubleshoot complex Workspace ONE issues across device, app, and backend layers Endpoint & OS Management Manage Windows Desktop & Mobile devices using Workspace ONE Handle OS patching, feature updates, and security baselines Integrate Workspace ONE with Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity providers Windows Server & Infrastructure Administer and support Windows Server environments supporting UEM components Manage certificates, IIS, databases, load balancers, and backend services Ensure high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery readiness Automation & Scripting Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, remediation, and deployments Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve efficiency and reliability Security & Compliance Implement security policies, compliance profiles, and conditional access Ensure endpoints meet enterprise security and audit requirements Support vulnerability remediation and security hardening initiatives Operations & Support Provide L3/L4 support for UEM and MDM-related issues Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes Work in flexible shifts to support global users and critical upgrades Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams --- Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Mobile Device Management / UEM Strong hands-on expertise with Omnissa Workspace ONE Deep knowledge of UEM architecture and design Strong experience in PowerShell scripting Solid understanding of Windows Server administration Proven experience in patching, upgrades, and maintenance of UEM platforms Experience supporting large enterprise environments Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives --- Good to Have (Preferred) Experience with macOS, iOS, Android management Knowledge of Intune, Jamf, SCCM, or other UEM/MDM tools VMware / Omnissa certifications Experience with Zero Trust and modern endpoint security models --- Soft Skills Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work in cross-functional global teams Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
