"Junior AI Engineer (1-2 Years Experience) Role Summary Support the development of AI/ML solutions for engineering drawing automation, document intelligence, and rule-based validation of 2D manufacturing drawings. Experience 1-2 years in AI/ML, Data Science, or Generative AI projects. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields. Required Skills Python programming. Machine Learning fundamentals (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with LLMs, RAG, and Prompt Engineering. Data preprocessing and model evaluation. Knowledge of OCR and document processing tools. SQL and data analytics basics. Familiarity with Azure AI/OpenAI, LangChain, or similar frameworks. Preferred Skills Exposure to Engineering/CAD data. Knowledge of Manufacturing or Product Engineering processes. Experience with vector databases and on-premise AI deployments. Responsibilities Develop AI models for drawing analysis and validation. Build RAG-based knowledge retrieval solutions. Support model training using historical drawing datasets. Create proof-of-concept AI agents for engineering use cases. Work with CAD and PLM teams to understand engineering data structures."
