About the client

Balto is building the AI Workforce for contact centers, and needs a Marketing Operations and AI Specialist who keeps the marketing engine clean, measurable, and running. You'll own the data, the attribution, and the day-to-day operations that keep the BDR team productive. This role is for someone who sees a tedious, manual process and immediately starts building a way to never do it by hand again. You'll use AI to build tools and workflows that take the busywork off everyone's plate. You understand why the work matters, not just how to do it, and you'd rather bring a solution than wait for instructions.

What You'll Own

Data Quality

Clean up and maintain contact, account, and lead data across HubSpot and Salesforce

Find the root cause of bad data, fix it, and put a process in place so it doesn't come back

Build AI-powered workflows that handle enrichment, deduplication, and cleanup so no one does it by hand

Marketing and Campaign Attribution

Own marketing and campaign attribution from first touch to closed-won

Make sure every campaign is tracked correctly so the company knows what's actually driving pipeline

Build reports that answer real questions and help the team decide where to spend time and money

List Building

Build and enrich target lists in Clay and TitanX based on Balto's ICP and target accounts

Keep lists accurate, deduplicated, and ready to use

Process and Tool Building

Spot manual, repetitive work and replace it with automations, AI agents, or simple tools

Solve problems on your own, and come to the table with a recommendation, not just the problem

Document processes, fields, and changes, and tell the right people when something changes and why it matters

BDR Operations

Build reports that show each BDR's activity: calls, emails, and who's getting contacted

Decide which lists should be sequenced, and load contacts into Outreach sequences for the BDRs

Monitor BDR task loads and sequence capacity to make sure workloads are realistic and lists are being worked effectively.

Surface gaps early, whether that's a rep falling behind on assigned tasks, a list running dry, or a sequence underperforming.

What You Bring to the Table

You don't need to have done every single one of these. But the more that sound like you, the better:

3+ years in marketing operations, sales operations, or revenue operations at a B2B company

Extremely detail-oriented. You notice the duplicate record, the broken field mapping, and the campaign that isn't tracking before anyone else does

You understand the business. You know why a report matters, who uses it, and what decision it drives

You think for yourself. Give you a problem and you'll investigate it, ask the right questions, and come back with a recommended solution.

You communicate clearly when things change: new processes, new fields, new rules, and what people need to do differently

Hands-on experience with attribution models and campaign tracking

Comfortable working with large datasets in spreadsheets, including formulas, lookups, filtering, and data cleanup.

Experience supporting BDR or SDR teams with reporting, list building, or sequencing
