Learning and Development
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning requirements.
Design end-to-end learning programmes based on training requirements
Implement new initiatives including Journey Programmes, digital learning.
Coordinate and facilitate training programmes, including preparation of pre- and post-assessments, attendance records, and participant evaluation forms.
Prepare training programme feedback summaries and evaluation reports to assess learning effectiveness.
Update and maintain training programme details and records on the Learning Management System (LMS).
Prepare, consolidate, and monitor training-related data using Microsoft Excel to support reporting and programme tracking.
Digital Learning
Design and publish e-learning bytes and modules.
Monitor and analyse digital learning engagement metrics, including total views, unique employee reach, and average time spent.
Leadership Assessment
Work with the Talent Manager on Development Centre Co-ordination and track participation
Monitor and track Development Centre-related data to support employee development and follow-up activities.
Talent Management
Support the Talent Manager in preparing, consolidating, and analysing talent-related data for talent reviews and development initiatives.
Monitor and track Developmental Initiatives (DIs) and other talent management activities using Microsoft Excel.
Prepare and update Talent Cards using Microsoft PowerPoint to facilitate talent reviews and management discussions.
Maintain accurate talent management records and support the preparation of reports and presentations for management review.
Role-Based Organisation (RBO)
Review staff lists to identify discrepancies in Job Family (JF), Job Sub-Family (JSF), and Job Role mappings.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to validate role mapping data and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor mapping corrections and maintain data accuracy and consistency across RBO records.
