Key Responsibilities:
Lead control systems engineering activities for assigned project areas
Develop and review control system architecture (DCS, PLC, SCADA, SIS)
Prepare and review control philosophies, cause & effect diagrams, and functional design specifications (FDS)
Ensure compliance with codes, standards, safety requirements, and client specifications
Coordinate with process, instrumentation, electrical, and telecom teams for system integration
Review vendor documents, technical offers, and support technical bid evaluations (TBE)
Participate in HAZOP, SIL studies, and design reviews
Interface with clients and vendors for technical discussions and approvals
Ensure adherence to quality, schedule, and project deliverables
Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of control systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA, SIS) and integration
Familiarity with international standards (IEC, ISA, API)
Experience in control philosophy development, logic diagrams, and system design
Understanding of EPC workflows and multidisciplinary coordination
