About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and driven Management Trainee to work closely with the

D2C team across growth, customer experience, and business operations.

The role requires a combination of analytical thinking, strong communication,

coordination, and hands-on execution. The candidate will report directly to the Head of

D2C and work with multiple teams to identify business opportunities, solve problems,

improve customer experience, and drive initiatives from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse customer and business data to identify opportunities to improve

acquisition, conversion, retention, and overall business growth.

Track key business metrics, identify performance gaps, and translate insights into

actionable initiatives.

Work on customer engagement, retention, and reactivation initiatives to improve

customer lifetime value.

Understand customer feedback and pain points, identify recurring issues, and

coordinate with relevant teams to improve customer experience.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support,

supply chain, technology, and finance, to ensure smooth execution of business

initiatives.

Take ownership of business projects and drive them end-to-end, from identifying

the problem and planning solutions to implementation and performance review.

Identify operational bottlenecks, follow up with stakeholders, and drive timely

resolution of issues.

Prepare business reports, dashboards, and performance trackers to support

decision-making.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity,

alignment, and timely execution.

Proactively identify areas for improvement, take initiative, and follow through on

tasks without requiring constant supervision.

What We Are Looking For

MBA from a Tier-2 B-School.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work

effectively with different teams and stakeholders.

Strong coordination and follow-up skills, with the ability to bring people together

and drive work to completion.

A go-getter attitude with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and

accountability.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a practical approach to

solving business challenges.

Comfort with data analysis and proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt

to changing business needs.

A hands-on mindset and willingness to get into the details rather than limit

oneself to planning or analysis.
