Lead II - Product Management

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive product development by serving as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. The ideal candidate will define product requirements, manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure that delivered solutions align with business objectives and customer needs. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized based on business value and strategic goals. Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, customers, architects, developers, and QA teams. Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and product demonstrations. Define and communicate product vision and roadmap to delivery teams. Ensure product features align with customer expectations and business objectives. Make prioritization decisions and provide clarifications during development cycles. Monitor product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Support release planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and product rollouts. Mandatory Skills Strong experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in Agile environments. Expertise in Agile Scrum methodology and product backlog management. Experience writing user stories, epics, features, and acceptance criteria. Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills. Proficiency with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar Agile tools
