UST is looking for PMX MES Application Support Engineer (6-10 years Years Experience) We are looking for a PMX MES Application Support Engineer to join the MES Center of Excellence (CoE) and provide remote support for manufacturing sites in Monza and Ferentino. The role involves managing PMX user access administration, incident and service request resolution, application monitoring, troubleshooting system and interface issues, and supporting production-critical MES operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in MES or enterprise application support, user and access management, Windows-based applications, SQL troubleshooting, and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira. Exposure to ERP/MES integrations, application logs, manufacturing systems, and regulated environments is preferred. Candidates with Rockwell Automation PMX experience, SAP integration knowledge, and pharmaceutical or life sciences manufacturing background will have an advantage. Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stable manufacturing operations and continuous process improvement.
