We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Lead I – Product Management to drive product vision, strategy, roadmap planning, and execution. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, engineering, design, and business leaders to deliver innovative products that meet customer needs and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Define and execute product strategy aligned with business goals. Develop and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs and market trends. Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories. Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, quality assurance, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback assessments to identify opportunities. Lead product planning, sprint reviews, backlog grooming, and release management activities. Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics to drive continuous improvement. Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership. Identify and mitigate product risks, dependencies, and roadblocks. Mentor junior product managers and contribute to product management best practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or related roles. Proven experience managing product lifecycles from ideation to launch. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Productboard, or similar. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities. Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams. Preferred Qualifications MBA or advanced degree preferred. Product Management certifications (CSPO, PSPO, Pragmatic Institute, SAFe PO/PM) are an advantage. Experience in digital products, SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, or enterprise applications. Knowledge of data analytics and customer experience metrics.
