Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to support our Healthcare payor application development, maintenance, and production support landscape. The role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, release automation, cloud infrastructure, monitoring solutions, and DevOps best practices across healthcare payer applications. The candidate will work closely with development, QA, support, infrastructure, and business teams to improve deployment efficiency, system reliability, and operational excellence.

CI/CD & Release Management

Design, develop, and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

Automate application build, deployment, and release processes.

Support release planning, deployment coordination, and rollback strategies.

Improve deployment frequency while ensuring platform stability.

Manage source control, branching, and versioning strategies.

Infrastructure & Cloud Engineering

Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM Templates, or equivalent tools.

Support Azure cloud infrastructure provisioning and optimization.

Manage environments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production.

Ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of applications.

Automation & Platform Engineering

Automate repetitive operational and deployment activities.

Develop scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

Enable self-service deployment and environment management capabilities.

Create reusable DevOps templates, frameworks, and standards.

Monitoring & Reliability

Configure and maintain monitoring solutions for applications and infrastructure.

Support observability through dashboards, s, and logging platforms.

Analyze performance trends and proactively resolve reliability issues.

Participate in incident resolution and root-cause analysis activities.

DevSecOps & Compliance

Integrate security scanning and compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines.

Implement vulnerability management and remediation processes.

Ensure adherence to healthcare and enterprise security standards.

Production Support

Support deployment activities, batch operations, and environment stability.

Collaborate with ServiceNow and support teams for incident/problem management.

Participate in on-call production support rotations as required.

Troubleshoot deployment failures and environment issues.
