Continuously identify opportunities to enhance usability, accessibility, and overall customer experience. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX/UI best practices. Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively. Required Skills Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Good understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD), Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and Visual Design principles. Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and design specifications. Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG). Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an added advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Multimedia, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products and applications. Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects and problem-solving approaches. Preferred Skills Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Exposure to design systems and component-based design. Experience with usability testing tools and analytics platforms. Knowledge of emerging trends in AI-driven and conversational user experiences.
