Design, develop, maintain, and support SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence (WebI) reports and dashboards. • Develop, modify, and troubleshoot Crystal Reports based on business requirements. • Create, maintain, and optimize BusinessObjects Universes (UNV/UNX) using Information Design Tool (IDT) and Universe Design Tool (UDT). • Gather reporting requirements from business users and translate them into technical solutions. • Perform report validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks. • Implement report enhancements and optimize report performance. Database Development & Data Analysis • Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions. • Work extensively with Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server databases. • Analyze and troubleshoot data discrepancies between source systems and reports. • Optimize database queries for performance and scalability. • Support data extraction, transformation, and reporting requirements.
