About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AIML Engineer with strong expertise across classical Machine Learning, Data Science, Generative AI, and Agentic AI . The ideal candidate will have a strong software engineering background and hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions.

You will work on solving complex business and technical problems by designing scalable ML solutions, developing GenAI/agentic applications, and partnering with engineering and business stakeholders to take AI solutions from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions across classical ML, deep learning, GenAI, and Agentic AI.

Apply machine learning and statistical modeling techniques to solve complex business problems.

Build LLM-powered applications , including RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, and multi-agent workflows.

Design and implement agentic AI solutions and multi-LLM orchestration for enterprise use cases.

Develop scalable and maintainable Python-based AI/ML applications with strong software engineering practices.

Work with large datasets using SQL, Spark, and cloud-based data platforms .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Drive AI solutions through experimentation, development, validation, deployment, and continuous improvement.

Communicate technical solutions, insights, and outcomes effectively to senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences.

Mentor engineers and contribute to technical architecture and best practices at the Staff level.

Required Skills & Experience

5–6+ years of professional experience in AI/ML Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, with strong hands-on development experience.

Strong foundation in classical ML, Deep Learning, and statistical modeling .

Strong programming skills in Python and solid software engineering fundamentals.

Hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow .

Strong experience with SQL and familiarity with distributed computing frameworks such as Apache Spark .

Hands-on experience building and deploying production AI/ML systems .

Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI application development .

Experience building AI agents / Agentic AI workflows and working with multiple LLMs.

Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure , and modern data/Lakehouse platforms such as Databricks .

Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Good to Have

Experience with MLOps , including MLflow, model versioning, CI/CD, monitoring, retraining, and model drift detection.

Experience with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and retrieval architectures .

Experience with multi-agent frameworks and LLM orchestration .

Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, NAND Flash, storage technologies, or hardware/electronics .

Cloud certifications across Azure, AWS, or GCP .
