Lead I - Business Analysis

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment between stakeholder needs and project objectives. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement-gathering sessions to understand business processes and challenges. Create and maintain functional specifications, user stories, process flows, use cases, and business requirement documents (BRDs). Collaborate with development, QA, and project teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood, implemented, and validated. Support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, and business process improvement initiatives to drive successful project outcomes.
