Scrum Master – P&C Insurance

Location: Greater Noida, Hyderabad, Pune & Mumbai

Years of Experience: 08-14 Years

We at Coforge are hiring an experience Scrum with a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance to lead Agile delivery teams and drive successful execution of insurance transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing cross-functional teams, removing delivery impediments, and partnering with business and technology stakeholders within the P&C insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Guide teams in adopting and following Scrum principles, practices, and values.

Remove impediments and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth sprint execution.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, QA, and Business Stakeholders.

Track sprint progress, team velocity, dependencies, and risks.

Support release planning, capacity planning, and forecasting activities.

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Manage project metrics, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.

Work with distributed and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, Insurity, or similar insurance platforms.

Experience leading multiple Scrum teams.

Exposure to digital transformation and modernization programs within the insurance domain.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master certification preferred.

Education / Qualification: BE/ B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. / M.CA / M.TECH / Any Graduate.
