About Position:

We are seeking a talented Java Full Stack Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React JS, and modern web application development. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions. What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and React JS.

Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web applications using modern front-end development practices.

Develop reusable UI components using React Hooks, Context API, Redux, and state management techniques.

Design and implement backend services, RESTful APIs, and business logic using Spring Boot.

Integrate frontend applications with backend services, databases, and external systems.

Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and QA teams to understand requirements and deliver robust technical solutions.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.

Conduct code reviews and contribute to maintaining high coding standards and application quality.

Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, production issues, and performance bottlenecks.

Develop and optimize database queries to ensure efficient data processing and management.

Utilize Git and version control best practices to support collaborative development.

Support application deployment, release management, and production support activities.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to engineering processes, tools, and best practices.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve application performance and user experience.

Expertise You'll Bring:

3-6 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Application Development.

Strong proficiency in Java, preferably Java 17/21 or higher.

Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and backend service development.

Strong expertise in React JS and modern front-end development frameworks.

Experience with React Hooks, Context API, Redux, Component Lifecycle, and state management concepts.

Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.

Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and software design patterns.

Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.

Good understanding of database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.

Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems and command-line tools.

Hands-on experience with Git and distributed version control systems.

Experience working within Agile and Scrum development environments.

Familiarity with software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting techniques.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in collaborative and cross-functional teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
