Roles
& Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver IT training sessions as per the
prescribed curriculum
Conduct interactive learning sessions with students (children) as per
schedule and methodology
Ensure student attendance, engagement, and regular tracking of
participation
Manage daily operations of the IT lab
Regularly update attendance records, assessments, and reports
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports and document feedback,
testimonials, and case studies
Conduct student assessments to evaluate learning outcomes
Facilitate parent sessions as per project schedule
Data
Management
Maintain attendance records, training logs, and
assessment results
Submit timely reports to the Center Head
Track session-wise data and ensure its accuracy for MIS and reporting needs
Skills
Required
Strong command over MS Office and IT basics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to engage and motivate students
Good documentation and reporting skills
Team player with a student-focused mindset
Qualification
Graduate (Mandatory)
IT or Computer Science background preferred
Strong working knowledge of MS Office and digital tools
