Influencer Marketing - Trainee

As an intern, you won’t just observe ; you’ll be in the middle of real campaigns, creator conversations, and brand storytelling in action. The Gist of What You’ll Do: Influencer Scouting: Scroll with purpose. Identify emerging creators across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and more based on brand fit, engagement, and content style. Creator Coordination: Assist in reaching out to influencers, managing basic communication, and keeping track of ongoing conversations and deliverables. Campaign Support: Work closely with the team to help execute live campaigns — from sharing briefs to tracking posts and ensuring timelines are met. Content & Trend Research: Stay on top of what’s trending. Support the team with ideas, formats, and references that can make campaigns more engaging. Data Tracking: Help maintain reports by capturing performance metrics like reach, engagement, and basic insights from campaigns. Platform Familiarity: Get hands-on exposure to how different social platforms work and what type of content performs best on each. Requirements: ● Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, and digital content ● Active on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, etc. (you get the culture) ● Good communication skills written and verbal ● Basic understanding of content trends and creator ecosystem ● Organized and detail-oriented (you’ll be handling multiple creators/tasks) ● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and open to learning ● Bonus: Any prior internships, college work, or personal projects in social media/content Why Work With Us Flexible Work Culture We focus on outcomes, not rigid rules.
