We’re Hiring | HR Executive – Talent Acquisition
We are looking for an HR Executive (TA) with 1–2 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment .
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple verticals including Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Customer Support, Catalogue, Operations , etc.
Source and screen candidates through multiple channels
Conduct candidate coordination and offer negotiations
Manage stakeholders and ensure smooth closure of positions
Handle multiple requirements simultaneously
Key Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn & other job portals
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in Non-IT / Supply Chain / Logistics hiring will be preferred
📍 Location: Gurgaon, Sector 67
🗓️ Working: 6 days a week
