About the Role

At Techdome, growth is a system we build, not a campaign we run once. As our GTM Engineer, you will design and operate that system: figuring out which customers matter most, shaping how we talk to them, picking the channels where they actually pay attention, and turning ad spend into a predictable stream of qualified leads and revenue.

Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) will be your primary playground, alongside Google, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. You will own budgets, measure outcomes, and keep refining what works. If you like owning outcomes, thinking in numbers, and building growth engines from scratch, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

Go-To-Market Strategy

Define Techdome’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and pinpoint the segments with the highest potential.

Craft sharp positioning and messaging for each product and service.

Select the right channel mix for every offering.

Lead launches end to end, from planning through live campaigns.

Partner with design, product, and sales so our story stays consistent everywhere.

Paid Advertising

Own Meta Ads from start to finish: audiences, creative testing, bidding, and scaling.

Plan, launch, and scale campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and new platforms.

Manage ad budgets and make sure every rupee is working hard.

Build and refine the full funnel, from first touch to closed deal.

Tracking & Analytics

Set up and maintain tracking: pixels, Conversions API, event tagging, and UTM structures.

Monitor CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS using GA4 and other analytics tools.

Run A/B tests across ads, landing pages, messaging, and audiences, and document the learnings.

Keep CRM data clean and report performance clearly to the team.

AI & Automation

Use AI tools to accelerate ad copy, creative production, campaign optimization, and reporting.

What You Bring

1.5+ years in digital or performance marketing.

Strong hands-on experience running Meta Ads.

Track record of scaling campaigns across more than one ad platform.

Experience building or executing go-to-market plans, including positioning, segmentation, and launches.

Comfort owning a budget and being accountable for results.

Solid grasp of funnels, audience segmentation, and retargeting.

Working knowledge of GA4 and CRM or marketing automation tools.

Familiarity with AI marketing tools such as copywriting assistants and creative generators.

Strong Google Sheets or Excel skills.

Clear communication and sharp analytical thinking.

A proactive mindset and genuine excitement about building from zero.

Nice to Have

Basic SQL.

Experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar product analytics tools.

Background in product positioning, pricing, or marketing automation.

Interest in AI-driven marketing analytics or predictive modeling.
