Roles & Responsibilities
Experience in Aerospace Sheet Metal Tool Design .
Design and development of Form Blocks, Hand Form Blocks, Press Tools, Milling Fixtures, and Checking Fixtures .
Proficient in CATIA V5 for tooling design and 3D modeling.
Expertise in Loft Creation and surface-based modeling for tooling components.
Strong knowledge of tooling materials and their application in aerospace manufacturing.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles.
Qualification. BE in Mechanical
Experience: 2-4 years
