Position Title: Sales Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Purpose of the Role

To generate revenue by developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets while promoting the company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand requirements and promote products/services.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals.
Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with internal departments such as production, supply chain, and finance for order execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Generate sales reports and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables from customers.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional activities as required.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing/automotive/industrial products.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of CRM software is preferred.
Willingness to travel frequently.

Preferred for Manufacturing/Automotive Industry

Experience in handling OEMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers, or industrial customers.
Understanding of commercial terms, RFQs, and contract negotiations.
Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.
