The team
Our Internal Audit team works with leading real-estate organizations to strengthen governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks. The team supports clients in enhancing operational efficiency, compliance, and business performance through risk-based reviews and process assessments.
Your work profile
Lead execution of internal audit and process review engagements across real-estate sector clients
Plan and manage audit activities, including risk assessment, process walkthroughs, and control evaluations
Review work performed by team members and ensure quality of audit documentation and deliverables
Identify key business risks, control weaknesses, and process improvement opportunities
Prepare and review audit reports, management presentations, and executive summaries
Engage with client management to discuss audit observations, recommendations, and remediation plans
Manage engagement timelines, team coordination, and stakeholder communications
Support business development activities, proposal preparation, and client relationship management
Mentor and guide junior team members throughout engagement execution
Key skills required
Education: Semi-Qualified CA with 1-2 years of relevant experience
Strong experience in Internal Audit, Process Audit, Risk & Controls, or related areas
Sound understanding of business processes, risk assessment methodologies, and internal control frameworks
Experience in leading audit workstreams and managing client interactions independently
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, report-writing, and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and audit documentation tools
Leadership capabilities
Builds strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Drives quality, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence
Demonstrates strong project management and decision-making capabilities
